SALES AT SEZ PREMISES BY A STALL

Hello,

If a person runs a stall, like, selling food items and cool drinks, does he have to collect GST or it is eligible to be considered as Zero rated sales.

And While registering for gst in application where do we need to declare ours as a establishment in SEZ?
