Please clarify my doubt regarding sales tax return.
One of our Client had purchased Goods from Abroad and sold the same to a party of a different Country... The goods didn't reach India at any point of time...
My question is, whether there is any need to show these transactions in Sales Tax Return..

If in Karnataka, you have to show it in the returns and claim deduction as Sales in the Course of Import or High Sea sales and may have to prove it that the goods didnot reach the Customs Frontier of the Country.
