The rebate of excise duty will no be available on supply of goods with payment of duty to 100% EOU units.

Dear Sir,
I agreed with Mr. Arun.
You can raise with payment of duty to EOU instead of CT-3, they can take credit at their end and they will claim of rebate on their exports.
