Can anybody let me know Net sales to be posted at point M in part2 of new MVAT 704, whether the same should tally with point 1(a) or point 1(l) of Part 3 schedule I. Also if at point 1(l) net sales after deducting labour charges are less than 40 lacs, whether VAT audit is applicable?
