A sales file should contain all the documents related to the ssales activity. They are generally 1) Sales invoice copies 2) despatch note/delivery note 3) Transportation documents like LR,GRN, 4) Packing list 5) freight bill, if any ,6) shipping/air freight insurance, 7)purchase order etc and any related correspondence.
