Will there be any difference if a person registered under GST sells goods to another registered person and if the same person sells goods to unregistered person?

there is no problemo in sale by r to ur or ur to ur....only problem is when sale made by ur to r.....as in this case reverse charge is applicable and registered dealer will have to pay in cash the liability of tax instead of unregistered dealer.
wrong answer
if register dealer sell a good to an unregister party he will charge the gst as like as gst party..unregister party will not be able to take the input credit and will not able to take gst from other ...in case of purchase reverse charge apply here not...
The retailers whose turnover < 20lakhs are getting registered. What's the reason for that?
@ anupam goswami....I never said that that register person will not charge gst on sale to uregister person......
@ sai...,..the reason is the reverse charge provision....if you 2 b2b sale then and you are unregistered person then your customer will have to pay GST on the reverse charge basis.... it will increase their compliances..... so DBMS would like to purchase goods from registered dealer instead of unregistered dealer.....
Sir I am not asking buying from unregistered person, I am asking selling to unregistered peeson...
The impact of selling goods to unregistered person on input tax credit...
in selling goods to unregistered person you have to charge gst like we were doing in pre gst tax regime..
Thankyou sir...
