29 May 2012If we are importer / first stage dealer and directly importing goods . we keep imported goods purchased in course of import in the bonded warehouse. We have a 100% EOU customer.
Query1. If we supply them from bonded warehouse will they be able to take excise credit or it will be bond to bond sale?
Query2. If we supply from local stock will EOU will be able to take its credit?
Query3. can we charge VAT/CST on sale?

1: Bond to Bond sale possible without paying duty
2. DTA to EOU sale possible, EOU can claim cenvat credit and refund, after their export.
3. VAT/CST not applicable subject to submission of exemption forms.
