information required a) item or commodity b) state of principal company 3) role of stockist / commission agent .viz , they have to issue invoice or not ..........

as transporter acts as C&F in most of cases , i.e cold drinks / icecreams / edible goods, without any such complications, they have to maintain stock and issue as per the principals invoice basis to consignee.
