1 )can anyone tell me about why govt. issue "C FORM" to the dealer ?
2) what is the benefit of govt. for issuance the c form, In this case only benefit of dealers rather than govt. so why issue govt.?

hi,
There was mainly no benfit to the govt. but if the party does not issue c form then the govt has the power to charge interest & penalty . interest& penalty will be charged from the date of default until the case is completed.
pls give your suggestion and even make me correct if i was wrong
