When individual buyers purchased a flat from the builder they have to pay GST @ 12% if any payment made to the builder before BU permission is received
if you booked your flat before BU permission then full GST on Sale deed value and if book after by then No GST
if you booked your flat before BU permission then full GST on Sale deed value and if book after by then No GST
