Sale of Used Machinery
We have purchased lathe machine before GST (1.4.2015) and availed Excise Duty as ITC. Now we are planning to sale that machine. Please explain what is the procedure for selling the used capital goods under GST?

Sale of used machinery is a supply under GST Act. Hence, applicable rate of tax for such machinery has to be collected and paid.
