how can sale in gst

firm laptop will be treated as Business asset and as per clause1 of schedule 1,where there is a sale of any business asset upon which itc has been claimed it will be treated as supply. So in case if your firm has claimed itc on that used laptop then it is treated as supply, otherwise not.
