One simple way to sell a P Ltd is by efffecting changes in Management & Shareholding
1. Appoint the purchasers as additional directors of the company.
2. Appoint one of the additional director as Managing director.
3. Get resignation from the existing directors.
4. Transfer the existing share holding to the newly appointed directors or as per the request of newly appointed directors and get the consideration for transfer.
File Form 32 for appointment, change in designation and resignation of directors. File Share transfer form with ROC.
