If no gst on sale of developed land then what is the use of Input?????? which is used in developement of land???????
If any customer buy the land on higher price only due to other facility attached with land like- sewerage, road work and street lights and not only for land....

i think the developer will charge for his services with GST and owner will gain the value additon in land due to these features but still gst must not be applicable to developed land as structure is not made it just plotting and sewerage work done which doesnt come under the defination of construction either.

if developer is provideing both material and labour services then it should come under works contract which is considered as service in GST and relevant rate should be charged by the developer. But i think developer can claim ITC.
