what is the suggestion for sale of agriculture land for a lesser amount than the amount prescribed by sub registrar.

If it is not a rural agricultural land , then sell on or above the stamp duty valuation for adequate tax payment. Also use FMV As on 01/04/2001 while computing capital gains.
