gst return not filed for last 2 year
our buyer take gst 30000
now can I show bill or not ..

It an offence thus you have to report and pay tax immediately
I think portal will not allow you to furnish pending return for years.
I make sale invoice to register party ..and other party claim itc. and we did not show sale invoice in gst return .. then what should I do and what about penalty ??
