The GST returns from July 17 to January 2020 can be filed with the late fees maximum of Rs. 500 if the returns if filed between July 1st 2020 to Sep 30th 2020. Therefore the GST retuns for the last 2years can be filed now however the ITC availed by your buyer would be questioned by department as u had not filed return and paid taxes
