My question is that...
As per notification, upto 5000 per day exemption is given in respect of supplies received from unregistered dealer.
Bit it exceeds 5000, then what amount is taxable under RCM.

whole amount will be taxable
from 1/- to whole amount

If amount exceet 5000, tax will be applicable on excess amount for example
total amout paid 6000 then you will pay tax on only 6000-5000= 1000 only.
Where do i find the interpretation of notification.
1) you can check notification on cbec website
2) if amount exceeds 5000/-per day from all unregistered supplier full amount is taxable
