sir I sold one plot on 02 Mar 2019 and received payment of said plot on 06 Apr 2019......when should I show the income of said property in AY 2019 20 or on AY 2020 21

ON THE DATE OF SALE REGISTRATION OF PLOT IF SALE DEED REGISTERED ON OR BEFORE 31.03.2019 THEN AY 2019-20 OR IS SALE DEED REGISTERED ON OR AFTER 01.04.2019 THEN AY 2020-21
Show it in fy 18-19
