if your supply of goods in intrastate, you have to collect SGST and CGST, example suppose your product GST rate 18% than you have to collect 9 % SGST and 9% CGST in tax invoice. if your supply of goods in interstate than you have to collect 18% IGST in tax invoce, also be careful to determine the supply of goods is intrastate or interstate, sold to party determine your supply of good is intrastate or interstate, for example you are register in Gujarat and sales to Gujarat register party and supply at mumbai, in such case it is intrastate supply because party register in same state , you have to collect SGST and CGST even supply at mumbai. Suppose you have made mistake to determine the supply , and deposit the tax , no setup possible in such case you have to pay the tax along with interest accordingly you have to claim for refund.
Now all clear my dear friend.
