I have recently (June, 2011) joined a new organization; the structure of the organization is very small. I have receiving my salary through Bank Cheque without any deduction i.e. TDS & PF (PF scheme is not applicable due to less number of employees).
My monthly salary breakup is as: Basic-30000, HRA-6000 (Actual paid 10000/month), Medical-2000, Conv.-3000 and LTA 1000. My proposed investments for year 2011-2012 will be as: LIC-33150 (for which wife’s LIC-12000 & for child-10000), family Mediclaim-12458 and in PPF A/C-70000.
My Questions are:
- What amount should be paid as actual income tax for year 2011-2012 (from April 2011 to May 2011, I had no job in my hand)?
- How I can file my income tax return for the year 2011-2012?
- Where I can deposit the income tax for year 2011-2012?
