professional income 100000 and 10000 TDS deduct under 194 J
prof income shown under pgbp or ifos?

If you wish to claim any expenses over the income, go for PGBP; otherwise even IFOS will be acceptable.

Now a days your TDS2 column is to be filled with the head under which the income is declared for assessment.

So, when your income itself is declared (without any claim of expenses), no question of future inquiry.
