We are paying salary to Group CEO , each company paying salary to the Group CEO seperately , Whether we need to deduct TDS in each of these companies seperately
If each company has to deduct TDS , then how to give form 16

Dear Sir
As per section 192A , it simply says that you have to deduct TDS on salary given of emplyee. And about the issuance of Form 16 , it will issued on the basis of TAN no. .................
And if TAN no. is different then you can issue diiferent TDS certificate or issue a single TDS certificate on the basis on PAN no. of company.............

In you case as you have mentioned that each company of the group is paying salary seprately to the group of CEO then each company seprately will be liable to deduct TDS and as TAN no will be different for each company then Form 16 will be issued seprately by each company.
