tds will be deducted by the cos & form 16 would be issued ,self assessment tax would arise & director will have to pay the same....

Every company should calculated the TDS and deduct from the director individually.

same as other employees ,take basic & other details ,provide all allowances, deductions under chapter VI a & other exemptions then tax to be calculated as per slab rates & tax payable should be divided for 12 mths & accordingly tds should be deducted
