Am working for a private limited company, on for the staff salaries we have deducted Tds on monthly basis, basis on the investment declaration received from the employees, here a few of the staffs left the company, all the left employees are comes under taxable limit, now they have left, chances of getting the investment proofs is less, what can i do now. ,

Investment information was taken in which form? I mean was there any declaration by the employee for the investment or it was just an oral information?
