Hi, Please let me know how I can structure salary break up for CTC of Rs.20 Lacs post FBT to minimise the tax payable by the employee. Is it advisable to include reimbursements such as petrol exps, driver's salary etc. as now fbt is not there and these would be taxable in the hands of employee fully. Please check if below break up is ok
Basic Rs.5 Lacs
HRA Rs. 2.5 Lacs
Medical Rimbursemnts Rs. 15K
LTA Rs. 20K
Supplimentary all Rs.16.15 Lacs
What are the other heads availabe for employee with the help of which will help for better tax planning.
