Please suggest me tax friendly salary breakup of Rs.94,000/- Per month for a BPO employee.

I shall tell you the basic deductions allowed from salary head and accordingly you can breap up the salary :
1. If assesee pays rent for the accomodation you claim Hra .
2. proffessional tax if any paid be employer subject to limit of Rs 2500 p.a
3. any allowance can be shown and the expenditure of which can be claimed like you can claim Rs 5000p.m as conveyance allowance and deduction to the extent of expenditure willl be allowed and other allowance such as :
a. uniform allowance
b. academic allowance
c. medical allowance subject to Rs 15000 p.a
d. helper allowance
e. Leave travel allowance
NOTE : ALLOWANCE OTHER THAN FOR WHICH I HAVE PRESCRIBED LIMIT ARE ALLOWED TO THE EXTENT OF EXPENDITURE SUBJECT TO NO LIMIT .
