One of my Salaried client had a dispute with his company from FY 2006-07 and finally he won the case and received Salary of Rs. 75,00,000.00.
Now how I have to file his ITR as he has not filled ITR for this period(From 2006-07 to FY 2017-18).

IF you get this salary during 2017-18 then you must include this income in your AY 2018-19.
You can treat it as an arrear salary and claim 89 (1)
Due date for This assessment year is over but you can file it by pay late fee
If you don't pay advance tax on this amount you need to pay interest on that tax liability too.
