sir, i am not receipt submitted for company in tution fess .& the from 16 not mention for tution fess f.y year for 15-16.but i am claim for dedution for return file .

you should have to claim Children education allowance 10(14) Up to Rs. 100 per month per child
up to a maximum of 2 children even if the same is not mentioned in form 16. and use 80c exemption limit RS. 150000 for purpose other then tution fees.

tution fee claim u/s 80 c up to 1.50 lakh
if company not deducted then TDS deduted or if tds deduted the refund claim.

Yes surely u can claim tution fees in your return u/s 80c upto rs.100 per month per child upto max of 2 children even if it is not in your form 16.
