I would Like to know if the person has filed his return till assestment yr 2008-09 regulary,but has not filed for 09-10 & 10-11,thn can v file salary return for 3 years this yr only??And ITR-1 is for salry return??
Pls help..

For Furnishing Belated returns you need to check Sec 139 for time limit mentioned for it.

Yes you can file it now.
There is no problem. But make sure that you file return as per form 16.
Dont show other extra income like Interest which is taxable or else interest on that income will be calculated.
Normally penalty u/s 271F of Rs. 5000 is applicable. But IT Dept doesnt consider it if there is no extra tax to be paid.

yes you can file the return but you have to pay penalty U/S 271F of rs 5000 for each return....

For A.Y 2009-10 last date for filing belated return is march 31, 2011
and for A.Y 2010-11 last date for filing march 31, 2012
and if the income tax payable is more than 5000/-then the assessee is liable to pay both penalty and int on tax for each Assessment year seperately
