Can anyone help me with a few suggestions on restructuring salary packages where Income tax and FBT hit are minimum?

Hi, My suggestion Basic 25% of Basic HRA 50% of Basic(good figure for HRA Exemption) Conveyance 800(Fixed- fully IT exempted) Child education200 Medical Reimubusement 1250 (Reimubursment) PF Contribution 12% of CTC. If you have more query then mail me subodhaa @ yahoo.com Thanks. Subodh Verma Pune
