There is nothing to do with Income Tax.
Approach your Employer or Accounts Department to release salary

As per Section 192 TDS on Salaries is to be deducted at the time of Payment.... So if salary is not paid by empolyer then no tax will be deducted...

According the sec 192 of income tax, TDS shall be collected on the estimate per month basis means total tax devided by 12 months. The situation cant understand becoz if u didn't receive salary then how can tax deducted? If you didn't receive your salary then you can informed abot the same to employer. after that employer may deduct tax.

Dear,
According to sec 192, Tds shall be deducted at the time payment to employee if employer is not paid to him and no chances for future, so employer shall not deducted tds from your salary.
