Salary & reimbursment

if someone's salary is 65k and he is asking 10k as reimbursment (55k+10k). so can i pay him 10k as reimbursment against bill or not? is there any burden for company?

Reimbursement means paying to the employee on show of the original bills. SO tht the amt can be charged to P&L of company.

 

Also there is no liability for the company.../
