What is the starting salary at Big 4 for qualified CA freshers?

RANK   1        Rs  290000/-  p m


normal salary  provided by citi bank   last year offer  ...........  700000   per year  (  candidate must pass in    P  II   &  FINAL   IN FIRST ATTEMPT  BOTH GROUP   )

i want to clear the misconceptions.............

the freshers -without any experience (i.e reference cases ) -around Rs 3.5 p.a(depending on your skills shown at the interview)

the 1 year or more -workex at a big firm -around Rs. 4.35 + bonus (25% - ~)

i m a resigned employee from a MNC in Oct'07, working there since Jan'06. M i eligible for bonus as per amendment in Oct'07 in Payment of Bonuds Act, 1965?
