If a permanant workmen works for 18 days in a month. How is his wage computed?? Should it be "18/26*(Monthly Wages)" or "18/30x(Monthly Wages)"???
Is there any specific act which states the method to be used for prorated wage computation in India?

It should be based on 30/31days in the month. Sunday/holiday fall between leave is also considered as a leave.
