I am a professional Insurance advisor,My all commissions are credited to my saving account, I want to know that could I pay the staff salary by online transfer from my this Saving account?, Is it necessary for me to open a current account

There is no legal restriction as such, but bank do not allow any business transactions from saving accounts. So, till it comes to their notice/objection, you can continue !!!
