What is the average salary package that an Indian fresher CA (with 0 experience) gets?? and what is the highest, any fresher has got so far??

Depends on many factors, and you will always find exceptions.
From what I have seen in the current campus program and the previous 3-4 one's....4.5-5 lakh p.a. is a general expectation.

average is about 20-25 thousand
but one can get upto 1 lacs

These days even CAs r getting 3-4 lacs pa packages in industry also...
It all depends on the company .........
