salary of Jan and feb
We have giving 4 comp off and 1 national holiday for the month of Jan... As Jan is having 31 days... If a employee is having total 29 days including comp off and national holiday.... Then how many day we have to deduct 2 or 1.... And how can I calculate if an employee is joined mid of february....please help me out

you should deduct salary for 2 days.
You can calculate salary based on no. of days in such month.
monthly salary * present days
÷ 30/31/28 days.
You can calculate salary based on no. of days in such month.
