salary slip show deduction PF ESIC LWF under which head i claim deduct amount of salary return 80c ... right otherwise tell me under which coloumn i feeded

PF, Lic deduction available under section 80C up to 150000
Add the salary values in Income head (Salary + PF, LIC & any other which is deducted in your pay slip and Form 16)...
After You can show the LiC, PF and Any other deductible amounts in 80C column..
