i am filing salary itr but no form 16 salry 16500 local work not any comapany but person have a work in morning 9 to 5 and evng 6 to 10/30 how to filine itr 8000 and 8500 no p t is deducted

Take it as aggregate salary........ without any deduction....
When no PT no, no deduction can be availed....
lic is there its taken or not in deduction
Yes, deduction for actual premium paid can be availed u/s. 80C
