if there is difference between Form 16 and 26AS, then which shall dominant or be considered for calculating correct salary.

Form 16 is the statement of salary prepared by your employer whereas 26as is the statement of tds and tcs return
Form 16 id dominant for consideration of calculating correct salary

Both Need to MATCH. No discrepancy is permitted.

but if difference is coming then consider the salary as per bank statement reconciliation

Employer can not mention two different figures one in 26AS and another in Form 16. No. such differential statements certificate is allowed.

26As is not always correct
so certified bank statement with signature are allowed Even AO approved it

Form 16 summary of all employees. From summary only, 26AS is prepared and uploaded.
Ask your employer to match both. Unless it matches with 26AS, AO will consider 26AS figure only.
