salary income

the animals like dogs,horses,camels which are giving service in the police departments, indian army gets salary for their work. is this salary is taxable or not..? if yes..how to file a return for that..? if no..what is the reason for that...is there any provision which specifies this income as non taxable or exempt..?

if any thing recevied as income more than basic limit tax is

applicable on that as per income tax law there should be

two class one is employer and another is employees.is invalled

for satify salary defination other than this income received treate as

income from business

my question is that the salary is taxable or not...?? the animals get salary for their work...how can it be a income from business.??

animal cant get salary it will be received by some one who

look after them animal cant have pan no and i have explain the

condition for salary

how can we decide who is gurdian for the animal...they are on duty have diffrent commanders...??

and condition for salary if not satisfied the income will be taxable under the head income from other sources not under business income...

answer my question if cat and dogs have bank accounts

if u can open their bank accounts

yes or no

we have to go as per rules

my question is not about whether we can open bank accounts for animals or not.....my question is whether salary recived by them is taxable or not...??

i already answer if income cross the basic limit 250000/- tax is applicable

the person who receives the the above said income has to file

return as per income from business itr 4 applicable

show how much income u receives and how much u spend

for such kind of business

how can we define the person.....because the owners or the gurdian for these animals....is army or that particular department...then how can we decide who should file the return...?

but cats and dogs don't spend amount received by them since they have a bank account....you need a person to maintain such accounts and file such returns ....if my guess is correct income tax will be paid by any deemed assessee if so authorised..

thats the question how to define that person......how to determine the owner of those animals..because they work under diffrent commanders for diffrent tasks..
