Dear sir if I am Job in Pvt.ltd and my salary is 160000 yearly
and I am doing part time job and earn 72000 Yearly. can I declare

Yes I don't think so there should be a problem. In any case declaring the second as profession won't make a difference and would just complicate. Use ITR1, declare both in Salary or part time in Other income.
