Whether salary income from DUBAI of RNOR status person taxable India, whether filing of ITR required in India. Salary Rs 540000 aprx.

If you are a NON RESIDENT INDIAN, simply put –

Any income that is ‘earned’ in India is taxable for you in India.

Your Income outside of India is not taxable in India.

But filing ITR 2 it is showing tax liability as there is no tax deducted in UAE. As per DTA
