I have download a console file for Q4 of FY2015-16. Unfortunately there is no salary annexure in that conso file.
What to do? How to make corrections in that particular quarter?

Make sure that you have opened 24Q_Q4.

Yes. It has all the details like challan details, tax deductions, deducted details but only salary annexure is missing.
file correction statement ( both Ann I &II to be included) may be filed
