INSTED OF SALARY CUTS, MANPOWER CUTS AND COST CUTS. THERE SHOULD BE INCREMENT IN WORK, THEIR QUALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM IN SERVICE. BECAUSE IT WILL PROVIDE THE EARNING TO BOTH EMPLOYER AND EMPLOYEE.
