Salary cross-charge (TDS Liability)
There is an employee A based out of Germany working in an Indian company (subsidiary of German co) for the time-being. His salary is paid by the German co. Who will be liable to deduct TDS- the holding co or subsidiary co?

Salary is paid by German Company, and is liable for all the tax deduction liabilities as per prevailing rules.
So no tax consequences in India?
Yes, if foreign employer has any liability.
