We are a private limited company. We are paying salary to Directors and they are charged with huge amount of taxes as their salary is high. Is there any possibility by which we pay salary (or by any other means) to Directors father or mother to avoid huge amount of taxes ?
Note:Directors relations are not shareholders of our company.
Please advise

Its not at all advisable,
its like evading taxes, any form of diversion of funds just to avoid taxes will put you in jeopardy..
just go by rules and your Directors can claim some part of taxes deducted when they file their returns....
