Dear sir please tell me if one person doing job in police department and TDs deduct Rs 1133 as per Form 16 issue by department. I am check form 26AS but TDs deduct by other private company under sec 194H as commission and no other TDs shown
1. My first query is which ITR suitable for this condition
2. Deptt show TDs in form 16 but not in 26AS What can I do for this tds
3. Can I adjust 1133 against as per Form 26AS and balance is refundable
please suggest me
