I'm working in pvt company and my salary and incentive total amount is Rs.600000/- (rs.400000 & rs.200000) fy 2013-2014.
The company given form 16 for rs.600000/- but i have received rs.100000 only against incentive.
Shall I get relief under section 89(1) with Form 10E.
Please suggest immediately.

relief u/s 89(1) is claimed when you receive salary in arrears.... in your case you have received it yet... so cant claim 89(1) now.. tax your income on accrual basis now instead of claiming relief in coming years, doing this wont make any diff.
